A collection of COVID-19 ORFs optimized for Mammalian expression. They come in two different formats, in expression vectors and in gateway compatible vectors.

Shipped as purified and dried down plasmid DNA stained with Cresol Red in one 96-well plate. Cresol Red will not impact plasmid transformation.

These materials were created by the Krogan lab at UCSF and the Roth lab at the University of Toronto.

Please note that the well coordinates in the Krogan Lab Mailing Slip may not be accurate. Refer to the Plasmid Table for the correct well coordinates, and for individual plasmid maps with sequencing data.

Each well contains roughly 50 ng of DNA. Please centrifuge the plate before puncturing or removing the foil cover.
